The "Hit Parade of Champions" baseball set from 1951 by Berk Ross contains 72 cards that feature a variety of sports, including football, basketball, boxing, golf, figure skating, and the Olympics. Hall of Famers Phil Rizzuto (#1-3), Stan Musial (#2-1), Larry "Yogi" Berra (#2-4), Joe DiMaggio (#2-5), and Eddie (Whitey) Ford (#4-5) are significant contributions to this special set.
Below is a 1951 Berk Ross Basketball Checklist, images of 1951 Berk Ross advertisement and package, and 1951 Berk Ross Evaluation Secrets.

#2-11 Sherman White
#3-11 Paul Unruh

Next Level: Single cards of each basketball player in the set are desirable. However, the un-detached doubles are more valuable, in my opinion.

1. Photo Sync
Photo Sync issues happen when the photograph and background are misaligned. Specifically, the photo of the player should be in sync with its background color. A 1951 Berk Ross card that has a photo sync problem has a blurry image with discolored skin, and you can see one or more colors bleeding onto an edge. See below.
With photo sync issue - #1-9 Richie Ashburn & #1-11 Bob Cousy un-detached
light blue line on the left, pinkish line on the right
No photo sync issue - #1-9 Richie Ashburn & #1-11 Bob Cousy un-detached
